At FIGURED, your satisfaction matters. We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a size or product exchange.
We also offer two free exchanges per order — whether it’s a change in size, color, or style. The shipping cost for these two exchanges is completely on us.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product (size / style / color):

Share your Order ID and the reason for exchange

We will process a store credit or arrange a product/size exchange, as per your preference
Once confirmed, the exchanged product will be delivered within 5–8 business days.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:

damaged, or

incorrect,
contact us immediately at support@figured.life with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds

Products purchased during sales or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

If the issue is related to fitting, our team will personally assist you, understand your sizing needs, and send the perfect size free of cost.

Refunds are provided only in the form of store credit or product exchange.

You can exchange any product for another item of similar value.

If the new product’s value is higher, you simply pay the difference.

If you face any product-quality related issue within 2 years of purchase, here’s how we handle it:

Store Credit Timelines
Store credit (refund in the form of FIGURED Credit) is processed within 7–15 days and will be added directly to your customer account on figured.life.
